1/2 cup of slivered almonds
1/2 cup of pistachio kernels
1/2 cup of dried berries (cranberries, cherries, or blueberries)
1/4 cup of mixed seeds (pumpkin, sunflower, or sesame)
Dressing:
1/4 cup of extra-virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon of honey
1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard
